Chicken Brochette

No fancy marinade for this recipe. All you need is Italian Salad Dressing!
Serve on a bed of white rice with lemon wedges.



Ingredients

Chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
Green peppers
Red peppers
Cherry Tomatoes
Button mushrooms
Kraft Italian salad dressing

Directions

Put chicken and vegetables through skewer sticks. Marinade for 2 hours in refridgerator.

Cook on barbecue grill or in oven at 350ยบ for 35 minutes.
