Zucchini Lasagna

A Healthier Alternative

This is a healthier alternative to regular lasagna and takes minutes to make. If you're a vegatarian, just omit the ground beef.



Ingredients
5 zucchini
1/2 pound of lean ground beef
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 8 ounce container of ricotta cheese
1/4 pound of shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Thinly slice zucchini lengthwise. Coat bottom of pan with olive oil and layer zucchini, ricotta cheese, hamburger and spaghetti sauce as you would regular lasagna. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour.
