Oven Baked Rigatoni

If you're pressed for time, there's nothing easier than baked pasta. I use the rigatoni rigate because it holds the sauce better. Use your favorite spaghetti sauce and for added flavor, toss in some cubed cooked chicken.


Ingredients

1 bag of rigatoni (rigate)
1 jar of marinara sauce
2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
3 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. olive oil
Cubed chicken (optional)

Directions

Boil pasta until "al dente" and drain. In a large shallow baking pan; combine pasta, marinara sauce, green onions, cheese and olive oil. Bake at 350ยบ for approx. 20 minutes.
