Beer and Mustard Ham

Sounds different I know! but this beer and mustard sauce combination gives ham an even sweeter flavor and is always a hit.




Ingredients

1 10-12 pound ham
1/2 bottle of beer
1 cup water
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery

Directions

Combine ingredients with ham and cook at 375ยบ for approx. 2 hours. Remove ham from juices and set aside to cool. Strain juices into a saucepan and discard vegetables. Add 2 tsp. of cornstarch to liquid and thicken over medium heat. Drizzle sauce over sliced ham and serve.
