Easy Mexican Rice

In the mood for Mexican food but pressed for time? Save your money on take out and try this easy and delicious mexican rice that your whole family will enjoy.


Ingredients

3-4 cups cooked white rice
diced green onions
diced red peppers
diced green peppers
1 cup black beans
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
water

Directions

In a large skillet, fry onions, red and green peppers in vegetable oil. Add rice and fry for another 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Add as much or as little water as you need, depending on how moist you like your rice.
